After lockdown, this was one of the first trips we’d made in Bertie. The grandchildren came along for the short break, we guessed they’d like an ‘old fashioned’ resort like Aldeburgh with Nan and Grandad.
First Day, Tuesday 31 May

Thursday 2nd June
Southwold beach, nice day! We parked up near the harbour, some planes flew over while we were there for the fly past in London for the queen.
Me and Freddie would make the short trip to the beach in the afternoons to grab an ice cfream.
Friday 3rd June
Spent the day in Aldeburgh, they had a classic car exhibition.
